Sika Resort is the first component built within East Lake Park. It is a serviced residential complex of 108 apartments across six floors, on the immediate edge of the Bè lake in Lomé.

Sika Resort addresses a segment still largely underserved in Togo: the premium apart-hotel that combines the privacy of a private home with the services of an international hotel (reception, concierge, housekeeping, swimming pool, fitness centre, on-site dining).

The product

Four unit types are on sale. Official commercial surfaces are 54 / 81 / 99 / 148 m² (validated by RWA in May 2026). All unit types are oriented to favour lake or landscaped park views.

Investment

Sika Resort targets two buyer profiles:

  1. The investor who entrusts the apartment to the hotel management offered by RWA. They earn 10% net per year, guaranteed for ten years, whatever the occupancy rate. "Net" because RWA covers the management and running costs (electricity, water…). It is written into the contract. This guarantee applies only to apartments entrusted to hotel management.
  2. The owner-occupier (family, expatriate executive, diplomat) who wishes to live in Lomé in a high-quality urban environment with hotel-grade services.
