Sika Resort is the first phase opened within East Lake Park. It is a serviced residential complex of 108 apartments across six floors, on the immediate edge of the Bè lake in Lomé.

Sika Resort addresses a segment still largely underserved in Togo: the premium apart-hotel that combines the privacy of a private home with the services of an international hotel (reception, concierge, housekeeping, swimming pool, fitness centre, on-site dining).
