Who they are

Société Nationale d’Aménagement des Terrains Urbains, a Burkinabè state-owned company created by decree in 1997 and headquartered in Ouagadougou. It acquires, services and markets urban land on behalf of the State (in Ouagadougou as well as Bobo-Dioulasso, Ouahigouya and Dédougou) to make land ownership accessible within a secure framework.

What we do together

ZAFARA PLAZZA, in Ouaga 2000, will house its future headquarters. It also facilitates our dealings with the competent authorities.

Who they are

A Togolese local authority created by the law of 29 June 2017, matching the Bè canton and one of the thirteen communes of the Greater Lomé Autonomous District. It exercises a commune’s local powers (civil registry, urban planning, roads, public spaces) some of them its own, others shared with the State.

East Lake Park is being developed within its territory, on the shore of Lake Bè. We work with the commune on this development.
