Frequently asked questions
The essentials on investing with Reliance West Africa. For any specific question, our teams get back to you within 48 business hours.
Who is Reliance West Africa?
Reliance West Africa (RWA) is a pan-African group that develops, invests in and operates across nine strategic sectors of the West African economy, with real estate as its founding business. The group combines international expertise with local leadership, mainly in Togo and Burkina Faso.
Which projects can I invest in today?
The group develops several flagship programmes: East Lake Park and its first delivery Sika Resort in Lomé, ZAFARA PLAZZA in Ouagadougou, Ocean Eyes and the ZENIA villas. The details of each operation are presented in the site's catalogue.
How does an investment with RWA work?
Each operation is studied on a case-by-case basis. After an initial contact, our teams present the terms — asset, entry ticket, horizon and structuring — in a one-to-one meeting.
Are returns guaranteed?
Return conditions vary by asset and are detailed project by project. Some programmes offer a contractually framed annual yield; others a documented, non-guaranteed yield. This information is provided for guidance only and does not constitute investment advice.
Is rental management handled for me?
For programmes designed as structured rental investments, our teams handle everything: letting, tenant management, maintenance, administrative follow-up and income distribution. The investor has no day-to-day management to carry out.
Do I actually own the property?
Yes. You become the 100% owner of the acquired property, which constitutes a lasting, transferable and secure asset, within a clear legal framework (secured land titles, transparent contracts).
Can I buy to let?
Absolutely. The programmes are designed for rental investment: properties delivered furnished and ready to let, a captive clientele, rental management provided and a fast-growing real-estate market.
What is the minimum entry ticket?
It varies depending on the programme, the type of property, the surface area and the floor. The amount and conditions, including payment facilities, are specified during a dedicated discussion with our teams.
Are the projects legally secure?
Yes. The projects are developed within a clear legal and institutional framework: secured land titles, transparent contracts and solid institutional partnerships (SONATUR, municipal authorities).
