Suppliers

Register your company as a supplier to the group

You fill in an online file in seven steps. The procurement team checks your numbers and documents, then contacts you when a site or a project needs your offer.

Before you start

Keep your numbers and documents at hand

The form asks for the numbers and documents required in your country. It names them for you at the documents step.

  • Your company's legal numbers, for example the trade register and tax numbers.
  • A recent extract from the trade register.
  • Your price list, with its expiry date.
  • The name and phone number of your sales contact.
  • Up to three client or site references, if you have them.

Accepted files: PDF, JPEG or PNG, up to 5 MB per file and 25 MB for the whole file. The price list can also be an Excel file.

Tax and social security certificates are optional at registration. We ask for them when you are onboarded as a supplier.

How it works

Your file goes through four stages

  1. 1

    You fill in the file

Each step is saved. You can resume later with the link sent by email, valid for 60 days after your last change.

  2. 2

    You submit it

A summary lets you review everything. You then receive a file number by email.

  3. 3

    The procurement team reviews it

It checks your numbers and documents. If information is missing, it writes to you with a link to complete the file.

  4. 4

    You are registered

Once your file is approved, the procurement team can contact you for the group's purchases.

File in progress

Lost the link to your file?

Enter the file's email address. If a file in progress is linked to it, you receive a new link.

Your data

Your data is used by the procurement team to review your file. We keep it for 36 months if the file is not accepted, and for the whole relationship plus 10 years if you are registered.
